Each engagement is shaped by the project's scope, complexity, schedule maturity and reporting requirements.
Focused assignment
A defined deliverable with a clear end: a baseline, a health assessment, a recovery options analysis or a critical path review.
Embedded support
Ongoing scheduling and controls as part of the project team, through monthly updates, reporting and look-aheads.
Independent review
A periodic, objective view for owners, lenders and leadership: schedule assurance without taking over the contractor's role.
Clear scope before any work begins.
We would rather spend an extra conversation on scope than surprise you later. Assumptions and exclusions are agreed in writing.

Confirm data, contacts, milestones and review points, then start the work.
Common questions.
Do you work for owners or contractors?
Both. Owners, developers, contractors and project delivery teams use our services. We confirm there is no conflict before each engagement.
Can you start in the middle of a project?
Yes. Many engagements start mid-project. We usually begin with a review of the current schedule so we know its condition before updates or analysis continue.
Which software do you use?
Established tools such as Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project and Power BI, plus client-approved platforms, depending on licensing and project requirements. See Technology.
How are services priced?
Pricing depends on scope and engagement model. Focused assignments are usually scoped to a defined deliverable, and embedded support to an agreed cadence. Every proposal states its assumptions.
