A Better Project Starts With a Better Plan.
We develop and maintain construction schedules that connect scope, sequencing, procurement, resources, milestones and commissioning requirements.

- Best for
- Owners, GCs and trade partners from bid through turnover
- Typical outputs
- Editable schedule, basis narrative, milestone register
- Engagement
- Focused assignment or embedded support
A schedule only helps if the team can run the job from it.
Many schedules are built to satisfy a submittal requirement and then drift away from how the work is actually being done. Logic gets patched, durations stop matching field reality and procurement lives in a separate spreadsheet. By the time a milestone is at risk, nobody trusts the forecast enough to act on it.
Signals you need this
- The schedule is updated for the monthly report but not used in coordination meetings
- Long-lead procurement is tracked outside the schedule
- Field leaders keep their own look-ahead because the CPM schedule does not reflect the plan
- Commissioning and turnover appear as a single bar at the end
- Nobody can explain in one sentence what is driving the completion date
How we build and maintain a usable plan

- 01
Understand the job
We review the contract milestones, scope, drawings, site constraints and the means and methods the team intends to use before a single activity is created.
- 02
Plan with the people who build it
Planning workshops with project managers, superintendents and key trades turn the construction approach into an agreed sequence.
- 03
Build logic-driven structure
A clear WBS, activity coding and calendars, with logic that ties procurement, construction, inspections and commissioning together.
- 04
Quality-check before issue
Every schedule is checked for open ends, constraints, lags, float and path continuity before it is issued.
- 05
Keep it current
Updates, narratives and look-aheads keep the schedule aligned with progress so it stays a management tool.
The right schedule for the decision in front of you.
Different decisions need different levels of detail. Here is how we think about each type of schedule.
What you receive.
Scaled to the project and its contract requirements. Assumptions and exclusions are agreed at kickoff, so there are no surprises later.
Editable native schedule
Delivered in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or a client-approved platform.
Schedule basis narrative
Assumptions, exclusions, calendars, sequencing logic and key risks documented in plain language.
Milestone register
Contractual, owner and internal milestones with their driving logic.
Quality review record
The checks performed and the results, so reviewers can trust what they receive.
Look-ahead schedules
Three- to six-week views for field coordination, filtered from the master schedule.
Shutdown and commissioning schedules
Detailed hour- or shift-level sequences where the work demands it.
Not sure this is the right fit?
Talk it through with an experienced scheduler. You will get a first read on your schedule challenge and a clear recommended next step, at no cost.
- Speak with a scheduler, not a salesperson
- Bring your schedule questions, or just the problem
- No cost and no obligation
Built for demanding environments.
IND-01Data Centers & Mission Critical
Phased energization, long-lead electrical equipment, integrated systems testing and operational readiness.
IND-02Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals
Process equipment, cleanroom coordination, commissioning, validation and regulatory milestones.
IND-03Advanced Manufacturing
Equipment delivery, production systems, utility readiness, installation interfaces and start-up sequencing.
IND-04Commercial Construction
Trade coordination, procurement, building enclosure, MEP integration and occupancy milestones.
Which scheduling software do you work in?
We work in established tools such as Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project, and in client-approved platforms. Tool choice depends on licensing and contract requirements.
Can you support a schedule another party built?
Yes. We can take over maintenance of an existing schedule. We usually start with a health review so any structural issues are known before updates continue.
Do you provide pull-planning support?
We support pull-planning sessions and connect their outcomes to the CPM schedule so short-interval plans and the master schedule stay consistent.
