This website, mattispc.com, is operated by Mattis Project Controls ("Mattis", "we", "us" or "our"), a construction planning, scheduling and project controls consultancy based in the State of Texas, United States. Mattis is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

Information you give us. When you use one of our forms (Contact, Request a Proposal, Careers, Partners or Mattis Academy), we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Project details such as location, sector, stage, timing, duration, scheduling platform and the services you are interested in
• For career enquiries, your area of interest, years of experience, software experience and a link to your professional profile
• For Academy enquiries, the courses, format and level you are interested in and the number of learners
• Anything else you choose to include in a message

Please do not send confidential project documents or sensitive personal information through our forms. If you need to share confidential material, we will agree a secure method with you first.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers automatically receive certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through standard server logs and through Google Analytics, described below.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries, proposal requests, career applications and Academy enquiries for up to two years from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or to meet a legal obligation. After that, we delete the information or anonymize it. Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.

How we protect information

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
