Find Schedule Weaknesses Before They Become Delivery Risks.
An independent schedule review provides clarity on whether the project plan is logically sound, maintainable and suitable for management decisions.

- Best for
- Baseline acceptance, mid-project checks and owner assurance
- Typical outputs
- Written findings, prioritised actions, review workshop
- Engagement
- Fixed-scope review with optional follow-up
Can your schedule be trusted?
An effective schedule review identifies logic gaps, constraints, calendar issues, unreasonable durations, excessive lags, critical path discontinuities and reporting weaknesses before they distort project decisions. A schedule can look complete and still be structurally unable to forecast.
Signals you need this
- A baseline is about to be accepted or approved
- The forecast has moved unexpectedly
- A new team has inherited the schedule
- An owner or lender needs independent assurance
- Updates are taking longer and producing less insight
What the assessment covers

- 01
Scope and data
Agree the review scope and the schedule versions, specification and supporting documents to be reviewed.
- 02
Structural checks
Open ends, logic quality, relationship types, leads and lags, constraints, calendars and durations.
- 03
Status and float
Progress status, invalid dates, negative float, high float and critical path continuity.
- 04
Assumptions and realism
Key assumptions, procurement logic, sequencing and commissioning interfaces tested against the project's reality.
- 05
Findings and workshop
Prioritised findings and corrective actions, walked through with the team in a review workshop.
Run a 14-point health screen.
Enter the results from your schedule analysis tool, or explore the example values. The checks follow the widely used DCMA 14-point assessment.
What you receive.
Scaled to the project and its contract requirements. Assumptions and exclusions are agreed at kickoff, so there are no surprises later.
Written findings
Each issue described with its location, impact and severity.
Prioritised corrective actions
What to fix first so the schedule can support decisions.
Metric summary
Results against widely used schedule quality metrics with the thresholds applied.
Review workshop
A walkthrough of findings with the scheduler and project leadership.
Optional follow-up validation
Re-check of the corrected schedule to confirm the actions were closed.
Not sure this is the right fit?
Talk it through with an experienced scheduler. You will get a first read on your schedule challenge and a clear recommended next step, at no cost.
- Speak with a scheduler, not a salesperson
- Bring your schedule questions, or just the problem

Built for demanding environments.
IND-01Data Centers & Mission Critical
Phased energization, long-lead electrical equipment, integrated systems testing and operational readiness.
IND-02Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals
Process equipment, cleanroom coordination, commissioning, validation and regulatory milestones.
IND-07Transportation & Infrastructure
Linear construction, access constraints, permitting interfaces and multiple stakeholder milestones.
IND-05Healthcare
Phased occupancy, critical systems, operational continuity and complex commissioning requirements.
Do you only use the DCMA 14-point checks?
No. Metrics such as the DCMA 14-point assessment are a useful first screen, but passing them does not make a schedule realistic. We also review sequencing, durations, procurement and commissioning logic against the actual project.
Is the review confidential?
Yes. Findings are shared only with the client and the people they choose.
What do you need from us?
The native schedule file, the schedule specification or contract requirements, and any narrative or basis documents.
